Important: IGoldcash is a gold purchasing business — not a retail shop or e-commerce store. The concept of a "refund" in the traditional sense does not apply to gold purchase transactions. This policy explains how we handle disputes, concerns, and exceptional circumstances after a completed transaction.

1. Nature of gold purchase transactions

When you sell gold to IGoldcash, you receive immediate payment in exchange for permanent transfer of ownership of your gold items. The transaction is final once:

• You have accepted the written quote provided to you.
• KYC verification has been completed.
• Payment has been transferred to and confirmed in your bank account.

Because the gold is purchased — not held, stored, or provided as a service — a reversal of the transaction is not possible in normal circumstances.

2. Before you accept: zero pressure

IGoldcash's process is specifically designed so you never feel pressured to complete a transaction:

• You receive a written price breakdown before making any decision.
• You are free to decline the quote, take it with you, compare elsewhere, and return in your own time.
• No commitment is required until you explicitly accept the quote in writing.
• Purity testing and valuation are provided free of charge with no obligation to sell.

If you are uncertain about selling at any point, simply do not accept the written quote. We will return your gold to you immediately.

3. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a concern about a completed transaction — for example, a discrepancy in the payment amount or a question about the purity assessment — follow these steps:

   Share your name, phone number, date of transaction, and the written quote you received. We maintain records of all transactions.

   We will review our transaction records, purity test results, and weighing data for your transaction within 2 business days.

   Resolution

   If our review reveals an error in the payment amount (for example, a clerical or transfer error), we will correct it immediately. If the dispute concerns purity assessment or rate, we will provide a full explanation with our documented test results.

4. Payment errors

In the rare event of a technical payment error (such as a failed bank transfer or incorrect amount transferred):

• You will not be disadvantaged by any payment processing delay caused on our end.

5. Online enquiry form

If you submitted a quote enquiry via our website and wish to withdraw it before visiting our store, no action is needed — website enquiries carry no commitment or obligation whatsoever.
